Can I transfer my clients escrow check from a released deal to a new deal?

In order to transfer the escrow check we will need the escrow check endorsed on the back by your client (or whoever wrote the initial check).

How do i request the escrow check for closing?

Please send your request for any escrow check returns or releases to EliteEscrowReturn@gmail.com. It is helpful if you include the address, when you need it, and what location you want it printed at. Please give staff 24 notice to return/release any escrow checks.

Can the return escrow check be made out to a title company?

A return Escrow check can be made out to a title company if the buyers sign a addendum stating they give RE/MAX Elite Realty permission to release the escrow check to be made out to [Title Company Name].

I had a closing, now what?

Bring your check to any of our locations for deposit. If submitted by 3:30 PM with all necessary documents, processing can occur the following business day, provided all required documents are also submitted by 11 AM the next business day. However, if your check is turned in after 3:30 PM, due to banking system processing, it cannot be completed until the second business day, if all required documents are submitted.
